“Nice place but be careful entering you license plate number in their parking system. Michigan does not use the letter O on license plates. If you have what you think is an o in you plate number, enter it as a 0 (zero) or you'll get a ticket.”

“Stayed for one night. Very easy check in. Nice staff. Friend drove but parking was free and attached. Room was simple and clean. Did not spend too much time other than sleeping. Was good price. Would consider staying again for future visits to East Lansing.”

“Had MSU Impart Alliance graduation here. Absolutely beautiful night. We celebrated the graduating classes from Impart Alliance Direct care worker program. I am so VERY proud to be a graduate of this amazing program and all tge things they are doing for DCW field. Kellogg Center was a beautiful place for our graduation. Catering staff and food was wonderful. Plenty of room and all workers went above and beyond. Great place, great night!”

“I was in town for the NCLC - we helped sponsor the competition in addition to one of the events. I checked in late on Monday evening, March 16th, and stayed through Friday night. Upon my arrival, I was met by a young man named Christian who was working at the front desk. He was most excellent and his demeanor was both friendly and professional. As the week went by, I saw him every evening (with exception to Friday) - he always acknowledged me as I passed by and addressed me by name (a nice touch) inquiring how I was doing or if I needed anything. When I was curious about the local area, he was very knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions (food, activities, etc.). I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and interacted with countless hotel receptionist - Christian ranks among the best. The other staff were also great (but Christian stood out). The conference rooms were excellent for the various workshops and the Competitive Event we sponsored. The room was a bit small and lacked a refrigerator. The shower was unique in a less than ideal way and lacked adequate water pressure.”
